| What is Clean Fill? |
Clean Fill or Clean Soil means soil that you want to remove or dispose of that is not contaminated with any other materials. As an example, you would have clean fill after digging up a space for a garden, deck or patio.
“Clean Fill” refers to waste that consists of materials like:
- Sod from your lawn
- Clay from digging ground for your garden or deck
- Dirt from digging post holes for fences

| Clean Fill does NOT include any of the following: |
- Sand
- Gravel
- Concrete
- Boulders
- Bricks or Blocks
- Organic material such as leaves, branches flowers

- Trimming from hedges or bushes
- Any other garden materials or waste
- Treated Lumber or plastic
- Brush & Land Clearing Debris
- Demolition waste
- Fire Damaged materials

| What Happens to the Clean Fill you Remove? |
All soil/clean fill is removed and taken to a garden centre. Once there, it's mixed and/or reworked to be used to fill sites that require filling such as other gardens.
